With regard to djdoodle DIY accounts, please note that regardless of when you complete your website, you will be billed monthly for use the djdoodle DIY Website Builder and/or DIY Mini Shoppes, from the initial date of your signup. Please note that your account may not be 'put on hold' for any reason or for any circumstances. Once you signup for an account, you will be billed monthly until such time as your account is closed, and no exceptions to this policy will be made.

djdoodle™ is not responsible for downed servers or any information that may be lost due to failure or Y2K problems, which are out of our control.

Regarding Advertising:

All fees for advertising and/or marketing must be paid upfront and are Non-Refundable. Please note that your advertising or marketing with or through djdoodle™, Whipstitch 'n Whimsy Web Design, Cackling Hen Website Consulting, 123 Websites by Me, 123 Website Services and/or any of its agents, subsidiaries or assigns, indicates your agreement and acceptance to these terms. We spend a great deal of time and money marketing our website service, in order to afford the benefit of our advertising to our clients and their respective website businesses.

Please note that we will not post any links, banners or notices of any competitive businesses on any of our clients websites.

PLEASE NOTE that all Fees are Non-Refundable and are payable in advance.
No exceptions will be made to this policy. All prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. Your purchase of any product(s) and/or service(s) from this website and/or any djdoodle™ website indicates your acceptance and agreement to be legally bound by these terms upon your purchase.
